We recently began using vDesk.works' VDI and Desktop as a Service Solution for our engineering team. It has allowed them to work on things that they would previously need to leave their machines running all day long just to do. Now they can work anywhere, even when they're out of the office, and not have to worry about anything slowing them down. All in all, it's been a great addition to our company.
